I am uncomfortable with ordering online. Can I place my order by phone, fax, or mail?
Unfortunately we can only accept online payments at this time. We are a small family-run business and only have access to accept your credit card payments through Paypal. We can assure you that they are safe and secure and your personal information will not be shared. Paypal makes it so that even *we* do not have access to your credit card number. We accept Credit Cards through Paypal (http://www.paypal.com) to make it simple and easy for you to order! If you do not have an account with Paypal, you will be prompted to set one up at checkout. Paypal also accepts funds transfers from your savings or checking account so that you can still pay online!
Do you accept International Orders?
Yes! Please make sure your country will allow Catholic items to be sent to you. Customs is good about taking religious items if they do not coincide with that country's belief system. If customs keeps your items, we cannot replace them for you.
What if I have ordered more in quantity than you have "In Stock" on your website?
To avoid this, please be aware of the quantities "In Stock" listed. If we need to, we will make every attempt to contact you by e-mail or telephone to discuss arrangements for a replacement item of comparable value. Be aware we do not issue refunds. We will send you a store credit coupon good for a future order.
Do you accept returns?
We ask that you make every effort to make sure your order is correct at the time of ordering as we do not accept returns, especially on custom orders. We will however exchange for store credit if your item is defective.
Do you give refunds if my order is misdirected or lost by the Postal Service?
We count on you as the customer to give us a valid and correct mailing address. Make sure when you order that everything is correct before finalizing your order. We don't know that you moved from one home to another, so it is up to you to make sure it is correct. If it is lost in the mail we simply cannot be held responsible for the error. Please make sure you notify your local post office of the loss and ask them to investigate for you. It may be that it was delivered to your neighbor by mistake. If your package is returned to us, we will make every effort to contact you for a new mailing address. Please make sure you provide a telephone number when you order so we can accomplish this.
I haven't received notification of shipment or any correspondence from your company. What do I do now?
Double-check *all* your e-mail accounts to make sure your letter from us didn't go to a different address. Also be sure that your e-mail accounts are set up to accept e-mails from a "domain" name. E-mail providers such as Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, AOL, and others will block our e-mails as "spam". Make sure you add our e-mail address as a "safe" and "allowed" e-mail address.
How long does it take to ship items to me?
We make every effort to ship daily but custom orders will take longer. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped.
Where are you located?
We are in Pocatello, Idaho. Sorry, we are not really in Rome, Italy. That is why we are called "Just West of Rome". *S*
